Agents and workflows pick up the busywork — triaging, updating systems, summarizing, chasing approvals, compiling reports — and run it reliably, at scale, with fewer hand-off errors.
What is Your Office AI?
Your Office AI is a multi-tenant collaboration platform built for modern teams. It combines the communication tools you rely on — messaging, calls, and file sharing — with a deeply integrated AI layer that understands your organization's context, documents, and workflows. Rather than jumping between a chat app, a video tool, a knowledge base, and a separate AI assistant, your team works from a single unified surface.
Under the hood, the app talks to a dual-server backend (an Auth Server for identity and a Tenant Server per organization), with each organization running in its own isolated tenant. Real-time audio and video are powered by LiveKit, AI agents and workflows execute on a Python LangGraph engine, and AI responses are grounded in your Knowledge through pgvector semantic search.
Your Office AI supports six AI providers within the same organization. Team members can choose hosted models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Groq, or run models locally and privately through Ollama and Ollama Cloud. Administrators set model availability and spend limits per organization, so you stay in control of costs and compliance.
Where everything lives
On desktop, Your Office AI puts a navigation rail down the left edge; on phones it becomes a bottom bar with a "More" drawer. Administrators can enable or disable each area per organization. The top-level destinations are:
